Establishing a Multiplication Mindset: Disciples, Leaders, Groups, and Churches.
Larry W., John Hansen, and Brian Warth will present a three-hour in depth track designed to deepen our commitment in creating healthy and growing ministries through embracing a Multiplication Mindset. The vision of the FMC specifically identifies that we must multiply at every level of ministry (disciples, leaders, groups, churches, and conferences). We would like to break the scarcity mentality that seems to persist in suggesting that Free Methodist churches can’t grow. Collectively these three leaders have demonstrated through spirit-filled leadership that it is both right and good to maintain an expectation that the things of God are designed to grow and thrive.
