From the founding of the Free Methodist Church, hearing the voices of our members and leaders has been an important value. To ensure that each society is fully represented we ask that they provide a complete reporting of their elected delegates each year. To get started, please review a few important rules below.

Not Annual Conference Registration

While being reported as a delegate is the first step to attending Annual Conference, this is not considered registration for the event.

Each delegate will still need to register at a later date.

Each Delegate Must Have Unique Information

We understand that delegates from your church may not want to provide their email address to what they perceive to be a third party. However, it is essential for online voting that each delegate has a unique, personal email address that we can use to communicate with them directly.

Do Not Use Church Contact Information for Delegates

If you do not have personal contact information for your delegates, please contact them for that information before completing this report. If you use a church email address, phone number, or mailing address that delegate may be rejected from our system.
