Two upcoming opportunities to embrace our Freedoms

August 13, 2021 | Events

Seeing people through God’s eyes means we can no longer accept injustice, prejudice, and bondage. Freedom of the poor to be treated with dignity in the church and in the world and freedom of all races to worship and live together are two of our five foundational freedoms we are focusing on in these upcoming justice-focused events.

Freedom Sunday 2021

The pandemic has shown us that we need justice in our world more than ever, and our churches are in the position to stand up for the vulnerable. Through Freedom Sunday, your church can make a difference. Giving will help keep girls in school, help homeless teens find hope, prevent human trafficking, and provide healing for survivors.

Register today and let us know that your community and church will be participating in Freedom Sunday. We will email you the Freedom Sunday kit for download. The kit includes bulletin inserts, suggested litany, music resources, scripture, talking points, and other service elements, multimedia resources, project information, and more!
