About Dr. Rukshan Fernando
Dr. Rukshan Fernando is the Associate Dean of the School of Behavioral and Applied Sciences at Azusa Pacific University. Rukshan is committed to equipping leaders and organizations to flourish as portrayers of the kingdom of God. Rukshan consults with a number of universities and churches on issues of leadership, organizational culture, diversity, and inclusion. He has served as a consultant to World Vision Sri Lanka, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, Department of Treasury, and as a visiting lecturer at the Colombo Theological Seminary in Sri Lanka. He and his wife have two children and enjoy traveling, the outdoors, and all types of ethnic food.
