Thank you to all who were able to join us this past Saturday at our minister’s day apart. We felt the Spirit move, the fellowship was rich, and the times of prayer and reflection by all accounts were deeply meaningful. There are times for training and resourcing but just as important are the times of refreshing and ministering to one another and Saturday was a wonderful first step in building a culture that is dependent upon the Lord to be present and to provide inspired guidance and direction for the church. So, thank you again for your investment of time and heart for the Lord and for one another – you are truly amazing leaders!
For those of you who could not join us last weekend, we have curated a few video posts for you to catch what you missed. Through all of this, we as a Superintendent Team want you to know that we are committed to pray – with effectual and fervent prayer – for you, your family, and your ministry. With that in mind, if there is some way we can join you or support you in prayer or ministry, please reach out to us and let us know, it would be our honor to serve you.
We began our time together last week by celebrating the wonderful work God has done through our conference. Over 2,600 people last year began a new life in Jesus Christ. Almost 700 people identified with Christ through the sacrament of baptism. And on average each week our ministry family touches 10,000 people in Southern California with a message of God’s love and holiness. This is why we all do what we do – we have answered the call to serve the risen King to bring honor to his name above all names. And the fact is, we are better together. May the Lord bless you and keep you and give you peace.
