La Conferencia Anual es una reunión colaborativa de un día para los líderes metodistas libres de la Iglesia Metodista Libre del Sur de California (FMCSC) y la Conferencia Japonesa de la Costa del Pacífico (PCJC). Este año, nos centraremos en el tema de “Integridad: fomento de la comunidad y el compromiso creativo” mientras fomentamos un ecosistema próspero para el crecimiento, el liderazgo compartido y la colaboración creativa entre nuestras conferencias e iglesias.

Líderes entrantes
La Iglesia Metodista Libre está comprometida a formar nuevos líderes dentro de la iglesia que busquen construir nuevas congregaciones, hacer crecer ministerios que impacten a las comunidades y capacitar a la próxima generación de líderes que sirvan con ellos.

Ancianos
Después de completar el proceso de Candidatura Ministerial y de participar en un discernimiento exhaustivo con mentores y el Consejo de Orientación y Educación Ministerial, la Iglesia Metodista Libre reconoce este recorrido a través de la ordenación, un testimonio del llamado de Dios al servicio dentro de la iglesia. Acogemos con agrado a estos ancianos recién ordenados y oramos por las bendiciones divinas en sus ministerios.

El proceso de Candidato Ministerial de la Conferencia (CMC) brinda la oportunidad de discernir el llamado de Dios, obtener capacitación educativa y ganar experiencia práctica que revela los dones y talentos únicos de cada candidato. Damos la bienvenida a estos nuevos Candidatos Ministeriales y oramos por su progreso y desarrollo a lo largo de este proceso.
