Women. Equal.
Leading. Learning.

W.E.L.L. is a strategic work group to transform the face of leadership throughout the FMCSC to embody our commitment to gender equality at every level of our structure and governance.

Who We Are

Core to our freedoms within the Free Methodist Church is the freedom for women to participate fully in the life, ministry and governance of the church as called and gifted by God. We want to invite you to be part of the conversation as we discuss how women are currently serving within the life and leadership of the FMC in Southern California and identify new opportunities moving forward.

W.E.L.L. Gathering

Join us for a time of worship with Soo Ji Alvarez and teaching from Dr. Karen Winslow. We will share about what God is doing currently in our ministries and we encourage you to invite someone with whom you are working or mentoring. This will be a meaningful time; don’t miss it!
