{"id":52341,"date":"2022-01-05T16:00:44","date_gmt":"2022-01-06T00:00:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmcsc.org\/?p=52341"},"modified":"2022-01-05T15:24:05","modified_gmt":"2022-01-05T23:24:05","slug":"board-of-administration-2021-year-end-report","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmcsc.org\/es\/2022\/01\/board-of-administration-2021-year-end-report\/","title":{"rendered":"Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n \u2013 Informe de fin de a\u00f1o 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Durante todo el mes de enero, destacamos el trabajo que hacemos juntos como Iglesia Metodista Libre en el Sur de California a trav\u00e9s de informes de fin de a\u00f1o compartidos por las personas que nos sirven a todos en las juntas y comit\u00e9s de la conferencia.<\/p>\n<h3>Acerca del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>La Junta de Administraci\u00f3n (com\u00fanmente llamada BOA) funciona como el comit\u00e9 administrativo permanente de la conferencia entre las sesiones de la Conferencia Anual. Su objetivo es crear y gestionar las pol\u00edticas de toda la conferencia dentro de los l\u00edmites del Libro de Disciplina. Durante los \u00faltimos 3 a\u00f1os, nuestras iglesias han sido atendidas por el Equipo de Superintendentes compuesto por Charles Latchison, Glen Prior y Fraser Venter. Con la FMCSC pasando a un modelo de liderazgo de un solo superintendente en la Conferencia Anual de 2022, el Superintendente Prior retir\u00f3 humildemente su nombre de la consideraci\u00f3n en apoyo a las prioridades reorientadas de la conferencia. Despu\u00e9s de orar y reflexionar, el Superintendente Prior tambi\u00e9n reconoci\u00f3 que era hora de que iniciara una transici\u00f3n antes de lo esperado fuera de su rol como Superintendente para atender las necesidades familiares y priorizar el descanso despu\u00e9s de d\u00e9cadas de servicio a la Conferencia antes de pasar a su pr\u00f3xima oportunidad ministerial. Bajo la direcci\u00f3n del Equipo de Superintendentes, el Obispo Matt Whitehead y la Junta de Administraci\u00f3n, el Superintendente Prior dej\u00f3 su puesto el 30 de junio, con nuestra bendici\u00f3n y agradecimiento. Sabiendo que esa medida cambiar\u00eda la carga de trabajo de los superintendentes restantes, la junta, en cooperaci\u00f3n con el obispo Matt, design\u00f3 al reverendo Jon Sato para que preste servicio en nuestra conferencia de manera interina hasta la Conferencia Anual de 2022. Debido a que el pastor Jon ha trabajado junto con el superintendente Glen, fue una elecci\u00f3n l\u00f3gica y est\u00e1 haciendo un gran trabajo como superintendente.<\/p>\n<p>En una conversaci\u00f3n con el equipo del Obispo y el Superintendente, identificamos que nuestra primera prioridad este a\u00f1o era la salud, la integridad y la conexi\u00f3n pastoral. Estos han sido un par de a\u00f1os dif\u00edciles para todos y estamos especialmente agradecidos con el liderazgo de nuestras iglesias por seguir encontrando formas creativas de compartir el evangelio, involucrar a sus congregaciones, adorar de maneras innovadoras y ministrar en sus comunidades. Lo que originalmente cre\u00edmos que podr\u00eda ser un par de meses, se convirti\u00f3 en un trimestre, que se convirti\u00f3 en un a\u00f1o, y ahora han sido casi 2 a\u00f1os. Nuestros l\u00edderes en todos los \u00e1mbitos han seguido sirviendo fielmente al Se\u00f1or en sus contextos. Nos estamos asociando con el Equipo del Superintendente para priorizarlos, ya que est\u00e1n en la primera l\u00ednea de nuestros ministerios colectivos de muchas maneras.<\/p>\n<p>En este informe puedes ver un resumen de las acciones que se votaron desde mayo.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1ZJLn6ITI0qbun4M4agm3-D7L4WodjI7N66gTn9JCgxQ\/edit?usp=sharing\">Puntos de acci\u00f3n del resumen de BOA<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, como junta directiva nos estamos preparando para la transici\u00f3n de liderazgo en la Conferencia Anual de 2022. Les pedimos que sigan uni\u00e9ndose a nosotros en oraci\u00f3n mientras el Se\u00f1or nos gu\u00eda hacia un nuevo marco para la Superintendencia.
