Pastores y l\u00edderes,<\/p>\n

Hasta el final de nuestro mandato electo, el Equipo del Superintendente se centrar\u00e1 en tres \u00e1reas principales:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Salud y plenitud pastoral,<\/li>\n
  2. Multiplicaci\u00f3n y Fruto, y<\/li>\n
  3. Formaci\u00f3n y Nuestros Valores.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Estas tres \u00e1reas de enfoque se ven afectadas por el COVID-19 y las realidades pr\u00e1cticas de las \u00f3rdenes de quedarse en casa, los servicios en l\u00ednea y otras intervenciones de salud p\u00fablica necesarias. Ante cualquier nueva realidad, tenemos fe en que el Se\u00f1or seguir\u00e1 bendici\u00e9ndonos y d\u00e1ndonos nuevas oportunidades.<\/p>\n

    Una de esas oportunidades que nos ha resultado muy beneficiosa es la posibilidad de reunirnos desde nuestros hogares y aprender de l\u00edderes experimentados de todo el pa\u00eds o incluso del mundo. El a\u00f1o pasado, pedimos El Dr. Chris Adams hablar\u00e1 sobre nuestra integridad como l\u00edderes<\/a> y Mike Chong Perkinson nos guiar\u00e1 en una discusi\u00f3n sobre el pastoreo en esta pandemia<\/a>Los comentarios han sido tan positivos y han sido tan \u00fatiles que en 2021 estamos priorizando la realizaci\u00f3n de estas reuniones mensualmente.<\/p>\n

Hairston ha estado trabajando con la Junta de Obispos, el Grupo de Trabajo sobre Diversidad de FMCUSA y el Presbiterio de Seattle en la organizaci\u00f3n, la defensa y el desarrollo de la comunidad. Durante 17 a\u00f1os, Tali fue la directora fundadora del Centro John M. Perkins para la Reconciliaci\u00f3n, la Capacitaci\u00f3n en Liderazgo y el Desarrollo Comunitario en la Universidad Seattle Pacific, enfatizando la investigaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo de la reconciliaci\u00f3n, la equidad y la diversidad.
