Rukshan est\u00e1 comprometido a capacitar a l\u00edderes y organizaciones para que florezcan como representantes del reino de Dios. Rukshan brinda asesoramiento a varias universidades e iglesias sobre temas de liderazgo, cultura organizacional, diversidad e inclusi\u00f3n. Se ha desempe\u00f1ado como consultor de World Vision Sri Lanka, el Departamento de Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano de los EE.
