Mannoia es profesor de ministerio y se desempe\u00f1a como capell\u00e1n en la Universidad Azusa Pacific. En esa funci\u00f3n, desarroll\u00f3 y supervisa el ministerio de capellan\u00eda y cuidado espiritual del cuerpo docente, el personal y los estudiantes de posgrado. Anteriormente, se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como decano de la Escuela de Teolog\u00eda Haggard en la APU, luego de ocupar el cargo de presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Evang\u00e9licos. A partir de su experiencia como pastor, superintendente, obispo de la Iglesia Metodista Libre y presidente de la NAE, Mannoia aporta a su ministerio su comprensi\u00f3n de la iglesia a nivel congregacional, organizacional, denominacional y nacional. \u00c9l y Kathleen, su esposa, viven cerca de Los \u00c1ngeles.
