Today (3/14/08) I spoke at an In-Service day for one of our Light and Life schools. My goal: to resource and refresh, drawing from national education statistics and -speaking from these trends- talking about being an educator at a Christian school. From there, the hope was to foster discussions pertaining to how some of our current national trends affect us, our schools and our classrooms.

You'll be happy to know that our time was well spent.

All information divulged was written and arranged in a hand-out that I provided (This kind of resource can serve as a useful tool, long after the talk has finished).

Thankfully, such information does not have to be limited to one school or ministry site and so I have posted this pdf online so that it might be of use to other school administrators and principals.
